Loft Conversion Banbury 2 Rooms & 1 Bathroom & 1st Floor Bathroom Renovation

This project in Banbury involved a full loft conversion creating two new rooms and a bathroom, along with the complete renovation of the existing first-floor bathroom.

The loft conversion was carefully designed to maximise space, light, and head height while integrating seamlessly with the existing property. We carried out all structural works, including new floor construction, roof alterations, insulation, and the installation of a new staircase to provide safe and Building Regulations compliant access. The newly formed loft level now provides two well-proportioned rooms and a modern bathroom, all finished to a high standard.

The loft bathroom included a full new plumbing installation, electrics, ventilation, waterproofing, and high-quality finishes, creating a practical and comfortable space suitable for everyday use.

In addition, the first-floor bathroom was fully stripped out and refurbished. Works included new plumbing and electrics, improved ventilation, waterproofing, tiling, and the installation of modern sanitaryware to bring the space up to current standards.

All works were delivered by our in-house team, from structural alterations through to final finishes, with close attention to detail throughout. The result is a well-integrated extension of the home that adds valuable living space, improves functionality, and enhances the overall value of the property.
